And so I offer individual services to give you the benefit of my experience and knowledge before you blow big dollars, fight with family and friends, invest the retirement money it took a lifetime to earn on an Italian Ice franchise that could melt away your savings, or just to bounce that great idea off of someone who will give you cold, calculated business advice on how I would look at your deal, and what I would do next.

Whether you are buying a business, trying to keep one growing, or getting ready to sell one, you need the kind of experience and skills Herman has. People often balk at hiring a consultant because the costs are too high and the venture is already tight for capital.
Surely you value your business and the money you are investing enough to pay four thousand dollars to keep Herman around for six months. Herman understands your financial plight and offers the following fee structure:
Within sixty miles of Herman’s home you will pay $1,000 for the first month and $600 for the next five months and Herman will consult on any business issue with you. That includes two face-to-face meetings monthly and unlimited emails and telephone calls to discuss employment issues, management issues, capital issues, acquisition advice, selling advice, growth strategies, and other business matters of your choice. Herman commits for the full six months, you as the client can opt out anytime. After six months Herman raises the monthly fee to eight hundred dollars monthly.
Herman has helped launch Franchise operations and would advise you as well.
Herman can write operations and training manuals ($3,000 per manual) and conduct the training program for your staff ($4,000 for a two day training session and a one day follow-up 30 days later).
Herman will handle the sale of your business for a fee of five percent with a five thousand dollar minimum fee.
